Dr. Dan Critchett

Pastor, Bible Teacher, Trainer, Podcast and Radio Show Host

Dan has spent most of his adult life in Christian ministry, 40+ years of that as a pastor and ministrydevelopment specialist.

Highlights:

Ordained pastor in a major denomination for 45 years.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) in education, and Master’s and Doctorate in theology (MDiv, DD).
Founder and Executive Director of LIFETEAM International, a training and strategic planning ministry, promoting mobilization and equipping for pastors, missionaries, church leaders, church planters, and seminary students. He has conducted seminars, conferences, and strategy sessions
in the U.S. and Canada, South America, Puerto Rico, Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia.
Host and director of Second Half Now, a radio show “helping today’s 50-plus Americans live a life that matters”. Dr. Dan created the show in 2014, developed its mission, format, and content; recruited all the guests, conducted all the interviews, and was the presence and voice of the
Second Half Now radio program on all of its broadcasts and live events.
Host and director of Mercy Today Radio, featuring guests from around the world: missionaries, agency leaders, pastors, global directors, ministry trainers and practitioners, and more.
Host and director of the podcast, “What’s God Up To?”, a guest-centered dialogue, telling the stories of the amazing things God is doing, way beyond what most people realize.
Founder and Executive Director of N.E.T. Gatherings, serving 50+ nonprofit organizations with networking, training, funding, and collaboration.
Serves on the Steering Team for Mission Connexion NW, and leads the “Local Outreach” track at Its annual conference, the largest of its kind in the Western states.
Author of the devotional series, “God Speaks into Your Life Today”.
Co-founder of Seminars at Sea, a Christian education and equipping experience held on American cruise ships, with its flagship seminar, “A Life That Matters”.
Created a recorded devotional series, “Inspiration for Caregivers”, a resource for those caring for a senior loved one.
Content creator, facilitator, and trainer for small group Bible studies.
Currently leads a monthly chapel/church service at a local senior resident facility in Portland.

Dr. Dan has a passion for the Great Commission and World Evangelization, bringing the love and truth of Jesus to people, inviting them to a life of growing faith and discipleship. That passion has led Him to multiple roles in leadership, influence and equipping.

He says, “That’s what I live for: developing ways for people to hear Jesus’ voice, calling them out of darkness into His marvelous light!” (1 Peter 2:9)

In his “spare” time, Dr. Dan leads groups to Israel with Holy Land Comes Alive, leads the Soul Coaching Academy, and other discipleship initiatives as God brings needs and opportunities.
